Today instead of writing a long post I decided to give you guys a tour of our spice cabinet. It is the "main ingredient" if you will of our kitchen. A well-stocked spice cabinet can really make a difference in how you cook. If a recipe calls for a specific spice/seasoning and you don't have it, would you have something similar to choose from or would you just leave it out of the recipe?
